By commissioning me you understand that my work is not perfect, there will be flaws such as over-shaved fur, non-perfect fit, asymmetrical bases, unclean markings, etc.

i will not issue refunds unless the flaw is major or damaging or renders it unwearable

i try my best to make them perfect, but ultimately, my prices are cheap and i am not a professional.

All suits will be sanitized and cleaned before being sent, however I cannot guarantee there won't be dog fur. Please do not commission me if you are highly allergic to dogs.

My expected Turn-around-time is 2-8 months depending on complexity of the suit and amount of parts commissioned. If it is expected to take longer, i will inform you.

i retain the right to post any and all pictures of your suit on my social media and portfolios.

I cannot control or care what you do with your suit after you obtain it, but I have the right to refuse to make anything I am uncomfortable with.

I also have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

I will not copy other people's styles or characters.

I do not work on deadlines.

I require an accurate, visual reference sheet or reference art with at least two angles.

I need to know all physical features or add-ons (such as magnetic eyelids) before I start your commission, some things can only be added during a certain stage of the process.

I will briefly wear your suit for pictures, test fits, etc. All suits and suit parts will be sanitized and cleaned before being sent out to you.

after receiving your suit, you have a one year warranty to receive any free repairs or minor edits assuming that you pay shipping both to and from.

If you ghost me at any point for a prolonged period after several attempts at contact, i have the right to sell your suit (without character rights) as-is.

Payment must be through paypal.

i require all material costs paid upfront.

the rest of the cost can be paid whenever, but must be paid off in full before i ship your suit to you.

if you have not paid off your suit 2 months after it is finished, i have the right to edit your suit and sell it as a premade with no refund.

I will periodically send Work-in-progress pictures whenever I deem fit, however you are free to ask for WIPs whenever you like. You are also free to and encouraged to ask for different angles or lighting.

wip pictures and updates are your chance to give feedback and tell me what you like and don't like (ie if i send a picture of the base and you don't like the shape, tell me then and there). i will not change an aspect of the suit afterwards.

if you do not respond to or approve a wip, i cannot continue working on your suit.

My expected turn-around-time ranges from 2-8 months. If it is any longer than a year for whatever reason without prior discussion, I am willing to offer a partial refund as well as ship all WIPs and materials to you assuming that you pay shipping.

If I am unable to finish a commission for any reason, I will issue as much as a refund as I can, and will ship all WIPs and materials to you given that you pay shipping.

I will not offer refunds after the suit is received unless there are severe issues, damage, or it is unwearable as a result of my work.

TAT is generally 1-2 weeks depending on complexity of art. larger pieces can range from 3-5 weeks

i will send wips between stages (sketch, lineart, flat color, etc.) however you are free to request wips whenever you like

payment can be sent at anytime, however, pieces will be watermarked until it is received

refunds not allowed after sketch has been approved

if for any reason i cannot finish your piece, i will refund you an amount proportional to the progress of the piece

major changes after approved sketch will result in price increases depending on complexity

i require a reference or a very detailed description of the character

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason

My art cannot be used or edited to convey harmful ideas or support harmful groups

my art cannot be edited to be nsfw
